Josh Scoggins has extensive experience representing clients in real estate related matters including purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, construction law, commercial leasing, easement acquisition, utility issues, title disputes, condemnation/eminent domain litigation, ordinance changes, regulatory zoning and land use.
Josh specializes in representing commercial and residential builders and developers in zoning and land use matters before local governments, and administrative boards in the northeast Metro Atlanta area including Forsyth County, Dawson County, Sugar Hill, Cherokee County, Woodstock, Milton, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Roswell and Johns Creek as well as zoning and land use litigation at both the trial and appellate court levels.
